This project is intended to continue the replacement of the aging water infrastructure along Carlisle Rd (RT 74) north of George Street to Skytop Trail in Dover Township. This water line project will replace an old 10” line with a new 12” line. Along with the water main, all service lines will be replaced, between the main and the curb shut off. This replacement project was awarded to E.K. Services at the Board of Supervisors monthly meeting held on November 25, 2024. Construction is to take place in the Winter of 2024 to Summer of 2025. You may experience scheduled interruptions to your water service during the construction. If traveling along Carlisle Rd (RT 74), you may also experience traffic delays as this work will require a single lane to be closed.
