New Public Works Equipment for 2025

 Roads Department

  • In 2025 Dover Township has budgeted to replace our second oldest single axel dump truck in the fleet. We will be replacing a 2000 International Paystar 4×4. Dover Township will be replacing it with a 2025 Peterbilt 4×4. This truck will come equipped with a salt spreader, wet out system, stainless steel bed, and snowplow.

  • In 2025 Dover Township has budgeted to add an additional tractor (Massey 4170) with drop side mower to our fleet. We believe this increase the productivity of our roadside mowing in 2025 and moving forward.

Facilities Department
  • In 2025 Dover Township has budgeted to replace a 2009 GMC Sierra 2500 pickup truck with a 2025 Chevrolet 2500HD. This pickup truck will have a utility body for our Facilities Superintendent to be able to carry tools to perform necessary repairs at any Dover Township owned building or park.
